The “Cleveland Classic Ticket Giveaway”

Official Rules

1.    NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: The “Cleveland Classic Ticket Giveaway” (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Winmark Corporation (“Winmark”) and the participating Music Go Round®, Once Upon A Child®, Plato’s Closet®, Play It Again Sports®, and Style Encore® stores located in Iowa, Ohio, and Pennsylvania (“Sponsors”). No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the Giveaway. Sponsors reserve the right to modify the rules of the Giveaway at any time, subject to state law.
 
2.    ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, you must be a legal resident of Iowa, Ohio, and/or Pennsylvania with a valid state identification and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees (and their immediate family members) of Sponsors, all franchisees of Winmark Corporation and their franchisee’s employees, or employees of any other company involved with the design, production, execution, or distribution of the promotion are not eligible. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Giveaway will be ineligible.
 
3.    ENTRY: The Giveaway begins on Monday, February 13, 2023, at midnight and ends on Friday, February 17, 2023, at 11:59 pm CST (“Entry Period”). You may enter by fulfilling all campaign requirements: (1) Follow your Participating Sponsor on Facebook or Instagram. Participating Sponsors:  Music Go Round®, Once Upon A Child®, Plato’s Closet®, Play It Again Sports®, and Style Encore® stores located in Iowa, Ohio, and Pennsylvania; (2) Like the Participating Sponsor’s post relating to the Cleveland Classic Ticket Giveaway; and (3) Comment on the Participating Sponsor’s post relating to the Cleveland Classic Ticket Giveaway (collectively, an “Entry”). Limit one Entry per person per social platform.  Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the social media account from which the Entry is posted.  Sponsor reserves the right to delete any posts for any reason.  Sponsor may disqualify any Entry that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines to be rude, defamatory, inappropriate, obscene, disparaging, profane, offensive, any Entry which contains any third-party brand name, logo or trademark, and/or any Entry which violates or may violate any third-party right or applicable law. Sponsors assume no responsibility for any incomplete or incorrect entry form information or lost, illegible, incomplete, unconfirmed, damaged, or late entries, all of which will be void. All entries must be received by Friday, February 17, 2023, at 11:59 pm CST. By entering the Giveaway, you agree to abide by these Rules and all decisions of Sponsors, which will be final.
 
4.    SELECTION OF WINNERS: Two (2) winners will be selected in a randomized drawing by the Sponsors and notified by direct message by an authorized Sponsors representative on February 18, 2023. The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours to be eligible to win. Winners must attest to compliance with these Official Rules as well as provide a valid email address, all of which must be returned to Sponsors by February 20, 2023, or the prize may be forfeited and another winner will be randomly selected. Chances of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
 
5.    PRIZES: The first-place and second-place prizes are two tickets to the 2023 USHL Cleveland Classic on Thursday, February 23rd, at the FirstEnergy Stadium, up to a $200 value. The winners have forty-eight (48) hours to respond and accept their prizes by February 20, 2023, which will then be emailed to the winners via Ticketmaster prior to the game. Prizes may not be substituted or transferred. Sponsors reserve the right to revoke the prize in the event of any material misrepresentation by the winner. Payment of any federal, state, or local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner.
 
6.    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Sponsors, Winmark and Youngstown Phantoms accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or claims caused by or resulting from the Giveaway or the prize. By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of his or her name, location, voice, and likeness for advertising purposes in connection with this Giveaway without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating, you agree that Sponsors and any other companies or individuals involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation, and distribution of this promotion and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, agencies, and their directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and any other person or entity associated with such entities shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third-party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, this Giveaway, including entry and participation in this Giveaway and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any such prizes. In the event of any third-party claims, damages, losses, or injuries, arising from or relating to this Giveaway, entrants will indemnify Sponsors and the Youngstown Phantoms from any and all such claims, including the attorney fees related thereto.

*The number of items recycled since 2010 is based upon cumulative historic sales information from Winmark’s franchised stores from the beginning of 2010. For purposes of count incrementation, the average daily sales rates are distributed evenly through the day and based on the Company’s estimates derived from historical data. Actual items recycled may vary.
