Administrative Assistant

We have an excellent opportunity for a detailed individual to join our Corporate office!
In this role you will provide support to multiple department staff. Primary responsibilities include working as a team member to provide administrative support, running reports, internal and external communications, routine legal support, coordination of meetings, database management, and Reception Desk on a rotating basis.


Qualifications include 3+ years of administrative support in a multi-department setting or supporting multiple staff. Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Access or similar database. Excellent communication skills combined with a high degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and prioritization. Strong accuracy in data entry, excellent organization and time management skills are of crucial importance.


Software Quality Assurance Technician

The Software Quality Technician ensures the quality and integrity of hardware and software solutions produced for internal and external distribution. By developing, automating, and executing test plans this role will enable Winmark to release high-quality hardware and software solutions for use by our franchisees and employees. Position works with the software designers and support technicians to ensure the quality and consistency of software, hardware configurations, documentation, and procedures.

Qualifications include a BA in IT Technology/MIS/Software Engineering/Computer Science or related – or equivalent documented education and experience required. CSTE or CSQA preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office, Access, Windows, IP Networking, Virtual PC and Virtual Server, OneNote, SourceSafe, pcAnywhere, SQL, Pervasive, VB, Visual Studio, as well as in designing, documenting, configuring, certifying and implementing complete testing plans.


Leasing Sales - Winmark Capital Corporation

Winmark Capital Corporation, our middle-market leasing company, is currently seeking strong sales professionals with a successful track record to call on targeted medium to large-sized companies for equipment leasing opportunities. Position will lead the sales effort by successfully developing new business and partnering opportunities in a territory of the country.

Candidate must have at least 4+ years experience calling on large companies selling software, technology hardware, or lease financing. Must be driven by building relationships and goal-oriented, and have the ability to work very independently. Requires up to 25% travel.
